Researchers at the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine performed a topic at which nine non-obese sedentary, healthy adults consumed their daily diet for three days, but then ate foods with a bit more potassium and fiber for one week, and then consumed a Paleolithic type diet most of which included lean meat, fruits, vegetables and nuts, and excluded grains, dairy and legumes, for 10 days.
A number of researchers identified that when comparing to the starting point diet, the people showed high levels of reductions in blood pressure, plasma insulin, total cholesterol, low-density lipoproteins LDL and triglycerides from the SuperDiet.

Let me just say this, “it isn’t a bad way to go!”
Now, guys like my friend Caleb Lee has showed that basically eating “clean” might just give you the same results … BUT … what’s quite impressive about this study is that the health markers in the participants improved after just 10 days on the diet, BEFORE, they even lost any weight which would improve an individuals health noticably more.
